Mountain Food Festival at Torsetlia

The Mountain Food Festival is an annual food and experience tradition at Torsetlia, Dagalifjell, with raw materials from the Hardangervidda plateau and natural products that belong there. Here you can spend all or part of the weekend with the mountains as a backdrop for your experiences and enjoy delicious meals. 21.30: Music

Saturday 15.11:
11.00-16.00: Sale of mountain products such as rakfisk, other local food, gift items, etc.
12.00-13.00: Silver Distillery seminar
13.00 - 15.00: Lunch - Fjellets Gourmetbuffet*
19.30: Rakfisk Party Dinner*
21.30: Music
22.30: Voting for the people's favorite rakfisk

The buffet consists of a selection of local hot and cold dishes. Cured meat, fish, meat, side dishes, desserts, etc. Age limit 20 years. Must be ordered in advance.

SALE OF LOCAL PRODUCTS
This year's sellers: Rakfisk: Coming soon. Other: Coming soon. See https://torsetlia.no/program/ The sale takes place indoors on the 1st floor at the north end of the building (towards Dagali).

SILVER DISTILLERY SEMINAR
Silver Distillery in Kongsberg will be offering tastings of their exciting products. They have received several international awards for their products. They now produce gin, aquavit, vodka. Whiskey will also be available soon.

LUNCH – MOUNTAIN GOURMET BUFFET
The buffet consists of a selection of local hot and cold dishes. Cured meat, fish, meat, side dishes, desserts, etc. Any available places will be sold at the reception on the same day.

RAKFISK FESTIVAL DINNER BUFFET & CHOOSING THE PEOPLE'S FAVORITE RAKFISK
Local producers, wild fish from the Hardangervidda. Taste and vote for your favorite rakfisk. The buffet consists of rakfisk with side dishes and desserts. Age limit 20 years. Must be booked in advance.

Every year, local rakfisk producers compete for the title of People's Favorite during the Rakfisk Festmiddag, the Mountain Food Festival at Torsetlia.
